!Historical not working

I use something like:

IF(!Historical)
{
Do something
}

BUT... this means when the session is dead, it won't load my indicator since all data is historical and no new data is coming in.

I need something like

IF(CurrentBar == CurrentBar.NOW)

So that when CurrentBar = last existing real bar, I can have it load data.

or something like Time[0] = Time when session ended
