Simple enter/exit program based on 2 indicators

Where can I find how to program the following situation for automated trading:
Enter if 1. indicator bar (histogram) closes above the previous and above the value of 1/below value of -1 and the 2. indicator bar (histogram) closes above the previous bar.
Exit if 1. indicator bar (histogram) closes below the previous and above the value of 1/below value of -1 and the 2nd indicator bar (histogram) closes above the previous bar.
