Track external file changes?

When editing an Indicator or a Strategy with Visual Studio source code is not reloaded in NinjaTrader if editor window was open in NT.
You have to close and open code window in NinjaTrader each time you want to recompile code.
If you forget to do this - all changes made in VS will be lost.

Is it somehow possible to track those changes and display a message like VS does:

Welcome to our forums here - you are correct in your observation, would unfortunately not be aware of a workaround though.
