lines, not drawlines

My strategy requires lots of 'trendlines'. Since it's auto trade, these lines really don't have to be the heavyweight of type idrawobject.

Is there generic class to support these 'virtual lines' I can use and if there're supporting functions to detect 'cross' similar to crossabove/below.

Thanks for your note.

You can draw the lines in the unsupported Plot override method. Please refer to the CustomPlotSample indicator that comes with NinjaTrader to get more idea about it.

public override void Plot(Graphics graphics, Rectangle bounds, double min, double max)

{
	graphics.DrawLine(....);

The Plot method is not supported and thus not documented.

Joydeep, thanks for the note.
I think you misunderstood me. I don't need lines drawn on the chart (actually I am running strategies from the tab, not on chart since it's 100% auto-trade).
I was asking, if there're 'line' class I can use to instantiate for computational purpose, like check if two such lines cross, or one line cross with the High, etc., but without being IDrawObject.

Thanks for the clarification.

Unfortunately there are no native codes. You have to custom code your own class to do it.
