Need help with renko or range bar system

Hi

I am a noob at programming. I am trying to check some idea out and i need to start with a system which will check for 3 consecutive bullish bars on any instrument on a range bar chart and give a signal
I will be glad to receive help here or if some one can take this as a job and do it , i can discuss it as a project

Any help in this regard is much appreciated( even if some one can do this on multi charts that is fine too)
