3 line break code

How would I code a 3 line break entry?

I am trying to write a condition :

I price within range of PP and 3 line breaks enter long/short?

Any ideas?

Hello Mccallum28,

You would need to first determine, at what distance is price considered to be within range of the PP.

If you are referring to a three line break chart you would run the strategy on this chart. You can also check if you're dealing with an up or down bar by checking the Open[0] and Close[0] prices.

If you are referring to breaking the PP line three times, you would need a variable that tracks the number of times price travels through the PP by checking when price is > PP and < than PP.
