      1). I have kinetick connection, but historical bid or ask chart is empty using 1 minute bar.
      2). How can I get the spread (ask-bid), and save them into sql server, excel, or txt file?

          I import the file, and what I should do next. Please give a detailed instruction how to use it. I am new to NT.

          I can see historical bid/ask chart now. how can I export pair of bid and ask to txt or excel?

            lcy1031, you would connect to your datafeed, open a chart, add this indicator example and also open the output window from the Tools > Menu. Then you would see the book printed to it.

            Bid / Ask data could be exported via our Historical Data Manager under the Tools menu as well.

              Hi hope you dont mind me asking a question in the wrong thread and apologies to everybody for doing this, but unfortunately your pm is turned off so couldn't use that to ask.

              Im using your email script and the test part in control center/misc works fine but when a trade happens in my strategy on the chart nothing happens? I have the indicator attached and everything seems just as you described in the setup.

              Any help you can give would be most appreciated. You can pm me if you like.
