Additional data sources

Hello, is it possible to add an additional data source?

I have a live datafeed from on of my brokers (who is not currently supported by NT). I have developed an application which can download this data in a pseudo real-time.

Is there anyway of writing an indicator for example which could either load data from a file or from the internet?

Does the NT programming language support this sort of thing??

If not will NT open up the API so that other devs can extend the data sources for example?

Unfortunately we do not officially support any external data source. You can however use the External Data Feed connection to connect NinjaTrader with your custom application. Please refer to our help guide which further discusses this
