Gmail Set Up

I am new to Ninja Trader. I am using a strategy and I would like email notification when certain conditions are met. I have searched the websites and have the following information on gmail:

smtp = smtp.gmail.com
port = 465, ssl

The test fails. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums!

You need to press "OK" to apply the settings before the test will work.

Once you have your email settings in place, press OK and then navigate back to Tools--> Options--> Misc tab and then press "Test".
