I don't understand your question.
You must buy lifetime license or rent a license for ninjatrader if you want to trade with ninjatrader brokerage, forex.com, Ameritrade or interactive brokers.
MT5 usually comes free with cfd and forex brokers.
why do you need buy all this software?

Hello pablorey,
NinjaTrader does offer a free platform option for our in-house brokerage clients. This will give you access to our platform's core features for charting, market analytics, and manual order entry. You may review the licensing options for NinjaTrader at the link below:One of the advantages that NinjaTrader offers over MT5 is the ability to trade multiple asset classes--stocks, futures, forex, and CFDs--with a variety of different brokers. You also have the flexibility to integrate market data from a variety of providers. This ensures that you can rely on NinjaTrader as a one-platform solution for all of your trading needs, even if you are trading multiple asset classes.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I would be glad to assist you.

Hello Borsz, thanks for your post.
There is no supported way of copying MT trades to NinjaTrader. A custom application can be made to utilize the AT Interface through either the file interface or the DLL interface, see this post discussing the topic:

See also the documentation on the DLL interface:
