could NT explain the policy or concerns on developing 3rd data feed plug-in

Hi, NT experts

first of all, I want to express my favorite on NT i think it's great sw.

and then, I have a question about developing a 3rd data feed plug-in which can be used to push market price data to NT and receive the order sent by NT strategy.

after searching out the forum, it seems to not be supported, right?

I just curious why NT doesn't consider opening this area, and this way will bring more customers. For example, I came from China. we have a commodity exchange which provide a interface named CTP to support automatically trading. so If there is someone to develop such plug-in, it will attract more customer to use NT. it will bring more profit. why does NT seem not to be quite eagar on this?

and if I want to become a certified NinjaTrader consultant, what qualification should I have? whether could I get additional support?
