T&S filter(block)

I have set the T&S block at 99 and I see that it highlights all trades at > 99.
However since it is set on the ES what I really want to do is make all trades
=< 99 simply disappear from the screen.
Can I do this.

A silly question, but I cannot find the switch for turning on the crosshairs.
I have the color set to a contrast, but I just cannot find the crosshairs.
