I have only 1 history data source which is not from an updated source.
My data is a file on my PC.

Please explain step by step how can I use it to create my own chart as explained earlier.
Will it actually work or since it is a file and not a new data it will not make any change?

Just a few posts ago, you asked the question, specifically referencing real time data. My answer was to the question that you posed.

If you are using a static data file, then you have to ensure that the time stamps match the correct time. If the file was created by exporting the data, using the correct time zone from which the data was exported, then you should be able to import the data into the correct time zone by specifying it during the import. Other than that, you probably need to adjust your static times manually.
