No data

This is the first time I encounter this problem.

I am trying to get a chart for Crude oil with my data provider and don't get it.
I disconnected and repair database.
When I am not connected I can see the data on the chart but as soon as I connect to PFG BEST I get no data.

What could be the problem ?

So I may investigate this matter further please answer a few questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

What version of the PFGBEST.com API client do you have installed?

What instrument have you selected?

What interval is selected on your chart?
