OnBarUpdate "context" in user defined method

From the OnBarUpdat() method in my strategy I am calling a User Defined Method (defined in a different file) and within that User Defined Method I am trying to invode the setProfitTarget() method. However, it will not complie and I get the following error message: "The name 'setProfitTarget' does not exist in the current context.

Is what I am trying to do allowed? and if so, can you give me some idea as to what I am doing wrong?

Try it with a capital S. SetProfitTarget()
