order encounters problem

Hello NT support,

I'd have a question, what can you advise, when an entry/exit order encounters problems, Cancelled/Rejected, where is advised to monitor and resubmit an additional order? Is it enough in OnOrderUpdate, or more advisable in OnExecution?

Hello,

It would be advised to monitor in OnOrderUpdate as this is always called before OnExeuction. This method will ensure you receive the updates in the correct sequence of events.
