Orders stuck at working

I have been back testing with the strategy analyzer and at certain dates when I am trying to go long at market, the order is placed but never gets filled. Looking at the orders tab, the order status is green and says working. Any idea why it is not being filled? Thanks.

It is the orders tab on the Strategy Analyzer. It happens consistently on certain dates.

We would appreciate if you could do the following:

- Via NinjaTrader Help > Mail To Support menu
- Email us the following
- Your database, logs and traces
- The strategy that causes this behaviour
- An image of the Backtes dialog showing us the exact settings used in the backtest
- A date where we can see this problem

In this process you may only be able to send one attachment so feel free to send a follow up mail with any files missed the first time.

In the subject line include "For Ray" and in the body include a reference to this post.

One other thing I want to mention is that it is just on the strategy that I wrote. The sample strategies seem to work fine.

These are just orders which are not filled yet at the end of your backtest series (note: you go ExitOnClose=false and Tif=GTC).

Yes, but one is a market order, and shouldn't it get filled? The order is on 9/21 and I ran the back test till December.
