Bar count plots overlapping

Need help with correcting overlapping bar counts both above and below the bar. I can't figure out how to fix the script to plot the count numbers both above and below the bars at a distance that will allow all 3 sets to be on different tiers and more clearly visible when plotted simultaneously.

Are you looking to get the prices to format to have less decimal places or are you wanting to plot the data further below the candlesticks?

You can modify draw text methods to change their Y position.

DrawText(string tag, bool autoScale, string text, DateTime time, double y, int yPixelOffset, Color textColor, Font font, StringAlignment alignment, Color outlineColor, Color areaColor, int areaOpacity)
