How to I enter a trade based on say 2% of my portfolio size?

Hello, one option would be tieying the quantity to a set account size - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ccountsize.htm

This comes into effect when the strategy is being run with the 'ByAccountSize' parameter option for determing it's quantity.

This would not be a portfolio though, you could simulate this via custom code and a MulitSeries strategy in which all instruments needed are traded by a single script and your calculate your desired position size.
