hello Frankriso, not sure if you already found someone. i am starting to develop indicators and strategies in ninja trader and other platforms for third parties.

i can probably finish your code for some money or we can make a partnership deal if you want to.

i have a lot of experience in programming and also in trading, PM if you think we can make something together.
