How to build (Bid+Ask)/2 indicator

I'd like to have a simple (Bid+ask)/2 indicator to plot in a chart, for several time-frames..since I'm not a programmer I'm struggling to construct it...any help would be appreciated

pstrusi, I noticed you posted this same general question in a few threads. I'll answer in the thread where you want to use historical bid and ask, since that is the direction I'd point you in anyways.
