NT Team,

In the NT7 user manual, it states that .NET Framework 3.5 is required.
Current my NT7 reports .NET/CLR Version: 2.0.50727.4216.
I've attempted to download and install .NET 3.5 (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en...ylang=en&id=21) but it concludes with "Setup error".

Any ideas on how to upgrade to .NET 3.5?

That's fine Shannon, .NET 3.5 uses the CLR 2 still.

What OS are you using here?

Windows Vista Home Premium (SP2)

Then please check into 'Programs and Features' in the Control Panel to see which .NET is currently highest installed on your system.

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 appears in the Programs list.

Thanks, that's fine then. If you like check for Windows Updates and see if SP2 is offered for install.
