Getting a "Database job is failing" message, because database has exceeding it's size limit. How do I fix this, and what is causing it? I do not wnat to rename database and lose information

What version of NinjaTrader are you using, NT V7.0.1000.7 or NT V6.5.1000.19? You can check this under Help--> About

How frequently does this occur?

once is too often, but it has happend 3 times

ok, it says it is going to take 45 minutes to send. Wouldn't it be easier for you to just jump on my machine?

There is not anything I can do from your PC at this time, short of recreating your database for you.

To help you, I will need to test your database on another computer to see what is occurring.

Once we have your database file, I can remote into your PC and assist from there if needed.

ok, i guess you will get it in about 30 minutes, seems crazy that there isnt a simple answer
