get last session date

is there an easy way to get the date of the last session?

I am using minute bars, and I call Time[0].toshorttimestring() and I get the current date, but I want to get the last session date (as I am grabbing daily data from a historical file). I guess I could add another data series, daily and call the barsarray[1] but I was hoping there was an easier way
