Where to load a DLL in 64 bit version

I load a dll into the ninjatrader bin folder on my win 7 PC and get no errors, but when I lod the same DLL into my 64 bit XP PC, I get the following error

This error is when I load the DLL into the Bin64
Assembly Resolve Event handlers cannot return Assumblies for reflection only

This error when loaded into the bin
Could not load file or assembly '...

I am including the reference for the right bin as well.

Whats the error?

Hi Tinkerz, are you loading the same DLL version into an NT7 with the same build # (you can check under Help > About)? Is this a 3rd party indicator / strategy or a completely self written dll study you wish to work with?

Its a third party DLL, it works on XP and Win7 with ninjatrader, but not 64, i wonder if i am loading it correctly in the references

If this is a 3rd party indicator / strategy please ask the developers for a zip export for the current NT7 version and then import this file on your 64 bit OS, NT would then store 32 and 64 bit dll version as needed for it's operations.
