Getting TimeStamp using Bar Number

If I have the bar number, is there a way I can access the timestamp for that bar?

Yes this is possible via Time. Simple call Time[BarIndexValue] and it will give you the time for that bar.

You would need to get the difference from the current Bar back though if you dont have that.
