Indicator only draw the last command but not both ---please help

Then you would need to use a unique tag for both drawing objects in your code, right now you just use the same one, namely : CurrentBar.ToString().
Try for example then :
DrawArrowUp("tag1" + CurrentBar, 0, Low[0] - 40*TickSize, Color.Blue);
DrawText("tag2" + CurrentBar, "XU", 0, Low[0]-60*TickSize, Color.Yellow);
