Return Time Frame

I'm looking to display the instrument and the time frame in an e-mail.

"+Instrument.FullName" will return the Instrument.

How do you return what time frame you were using?

From Data > BarsPeriods maybe

"Add(Instrument, PeriodType.Minute, 5); " in Initialize() and

+BarsPeriods[1].Value in OnBarUpdate?

Yes, you have the right idea here.

BarsPeriods is used for multiseries context. If you're working with single series only, can use BarsPeriod.

"+BarsPeriod.Value" will return the time frame integer value.

So for my example:

Instrument.FullName+"- "+BarsPeriod.Value+" Min" will return NQ 09-11 - 5 Min
