Using oif to change stop limit order

I have attached a pic which I hope explains the issue I am coming up against.

My change order is 5855 stop and limit - but the actual order in the Orders tab shows 5854 limit 5855 stop.
It appears that only the stop is changing and not the limit?
I get no compile errors and the orders are submitted?
