drawing object on multi time frame

I have a strategy that has multi time frames.

Scenario:
Can I make GETBAR to retrieve the chart time frame bar instead of the time frame being processed bar?

Yes, you can use GetBar() within a BarsInProgress filter.

The chart time frame would be BarsInProgress == 0.
