Is there a way to set session template through code?

I am developing a strategy want to override session template with Default 24/7

thenic, unfortunately that's not possible to set programmatically. You could check the used template and then issue perhaps an error message so user could change to the needed one.

Ok. That´s what I thought, but I was not sure.
I still need help to create a messagebox so I can tell the user to manually change session template.

do i have to own or rent NT to get template function?

laredo78676, what version are you presently using then? If you press Ctrl F on your chart you should be able to select / change the session template used. the template selection,righ tclick on chart 2nd form bottom,i felt wud save,since it ssays save as,whatever I had on the chart,but it doenst ??

Hi Laredo,

A chart template does not preserve any details about the instrument applied to the chart. It saves the chart properties and visual settings of the chart.

the session template u set the hrs of the $ instrumenta as well as any volume color etc
