Primary Bar Period Type/Interval

How do you retrieve the period type and interval of the primary bar? I am looking to create a multiseries indicator and would like the additional data series to have the same time interval as the primary bar's.

Thanks. There's a note that says not to use the BarsPeriod property in the Initialize() method, but I need it to add the other data series. Is there another way?

Correct, dynamically adding them would unfortunately not be possible - but you could define user string inputs to fill in the Add() as needed for your setup.
