Custom bars settings

Hello,
is there a way to set custom bars parameters in a multi-time frame indicator/strategy?

This is works for me:

protected override void Initialize()
{
Add(PeriodType.Custom6, 8);
}

But I need to set one more parameter (which is manually possible in the Data Series window). Unfortuantelly, there is no Add() method taking additional parameters. I guess something like this might do the job:

protected override void Initialize()
{
Add(PeriodType.Custom6, 8);

BarsType bt = BarsType.GetInstance(PeriodType.Custom6);
bt.SetParameter("someName", 5); // fictive method
}

There is BarsType.GetProperties() method, but I'm not sure if/how I can use it for his purpose.
