How do I loop through the instrument list in NinjaScript?

To setup such a scanning process you would need Add() the series needed in a MultiSeries script -

There's unfortunately not really an inbuilt programmatic scan feature - you would monitor the different series / BarsInProgress for your conditions such as price and volume.

Is say the S&P500 contents retreivable? It is available in the Market Analyzer.

This is not accessible, you could only access what you've added in the Initialize() in the script itself.
