Where can i handle the event 'Ignored PlaceOrder' (Reason = 'Exceeded limit entry signals based on entry and handling EntriesPerDirection properties')?

There is not a built in handler for this event. That message is used for notification - that it received a signal to enter but will not based on your entries per direction and entry handling properties.

Welcome to the NT forums! To allow more entries, you can adjust those two properties. EntriesPerDirection and EntryHandling work closely together and can be set in code and when you run the strategy. See links in previous post for more information as well as this one on running NinjaScript strategies:
