    candle numbering

The current candle is always numbered "0" (Zero)

Let us say we are using a 3 range chart

Let us say current candle is at 4=00 pm
How do I know how many candles have elapsed between 4=00 pm and 4=10 pm ?
or is there a way to count the candles going forward ?

instead of numbering being right to left if I want to count from current as zero or any
number and the next candle is a number increasing by one and then next one by two

or is there a feature telling me how many candles have been counted since system was connected ?

    Hi rjngh2005,

Bars are numbered left to right, starting at 0. (0 1 2) You can access this bar index with CurrentBar.

When you apply indexing [] to values, the 0 refers to the most current bar from the point at which you're accessing. 1 is the bar just prior to this. (2 1 0)

You can work with function GetBar(), to return the # of bars since a date / time.
