Unexplained errors

Hello,
Sometimes I get glitches in my strategies like entries or exits without conditions being met. How can that happen? I could get specific, but this happen sporadically with many different strategies. Any suggestions?

You've had the same question in several posts and it all comes down to simplifying and debugging your code. Your conditions checks values - Print every single value used for your condition in the block that's designed to execute afterwards.

Pseudo code example:

if(Value1 < Value 2 && Value3 != Value 4)
{
Print(Value1);
Print(Value2);
Print(Value3);
Print(Value4);
}

Thanks for the continued advice. I'm still learning the debugging process. It's funny though, it's always after I post that I figure out what's wrong. It was a lookback period that was fouling things up. Perhaps I should just start emailing myself to get the answers I need. Thanks for the help.
