I notice that DrawText() uses StringAlignment parameter for horizontal alignment within a layout box, and a yPixelOffset for vertical alignment.Is there any way I can change the size of the box or get a x pixel shift for displaying text inside the box? Please advise. Thank you.

Thanks Ryan.
For anyone interested, I have figured out a workaround for this. The code below will allow you to shift the text drawn horizontally.
1. In declarations add:
using System.Text;
2. Add a StringBuilder to your code to create a buffer for the text you wish to display.
StringBuilder builder = new StringBuilder();
builder.Append(" "); // as many blank spaces as you wish or any text
builder.Append(yourString);
3.
DrawText("myTag", false, builder.ToString(), ... );
