Timestamps on tick and range bars

If I'm correct, the timestamp on each bar update event on a minute type bar has a timestamp of the end of bar duration, e.g., a bar update at 9:33 for a 5 minute bar would have a timestamp of 9:35.
What are the timestamps on bar updates when the bars are of tick or range bar durations?

It will also be the time that the bar ends, but will not be marked at even intervals like time based charts. For real-time tick bars, the time stamp represents the most recent update received, marked with your PC clock.

On the range bars, what are the timestamps while the bars are being formed (obviously, one doesn't know when the bar will end).

For all non time-based charts when the bar is currently forming: The time stamp represents the most recent update received, marked with your PC clock.

So then, once the range bar is fully formed, are the individual time stamps replaced with the end of bar time?

No, nothing is replaced. When a new bar forms, the time stamp of the previous bar is still the time of the last tick received for that bar.
