Automatic chart cycling

I am working with a scripting language to automate some functions on the Ninja Trader interface.

It appears i need access to the code behind Window handlers such as tabs, maximize, and minimize.

Basically i want to be able to automatically scroll through the charts in a Workspace while each is maximized

Perhaps it is possible to create hotkeys to connect to the scripting program?
