I want to send an email every time an open order is exited through a SetProfitTarget instruction.

Can you assist in finding the best path to code it?

There is a special technique for monitoring the fill state of orders submitted with Set statements. That technique is demonstrated in this reference sample:

You need the structure in that whole sample, and checking for fill state for profit target orders would take place here:

{
