can't process historical tick data

Add(PeriodType.Tick, 1) - works on historical data, only if tick data series opened in separate window (or appended to current). How to resolve this problem ?

kourychine, welcome to our forums - I'm not sure I follow you here, the Add() is being used to add a series internally for making it available for script calculations, it would not add the series automatically for visualization on the chart you're running on.

For example: we have 30-minute chart (for example 10-bars length); we add my indicator (with ticks support), but OnBarUpdate called: first 10-time for primary, and second 10-times for tick. Only if I open tick chart on separate window (loading data) - indicator on first chart works properly.

Tick data do not loaded automatically ?

Restarting NinjaTrader solve this problem for now.
