Wondering if this charting anomaly can be addressed

Hi-

This has to do with running strategies using delayed data. If you watch a chart (one that has an associated strategy running, but that strategy is running from Strategies tab) and a live trade happens, the chart markers show up in the correct place on the chart. That is, the marker is at the correct time and price.

However.

If you switch charts (by that, I mean change via clicking a security on the Market Analyzer, linked to the chart), the moment you return to the original security, the price and time markers are all screwed up, by precisely the delay in the data. In other words, if your data is delayed 10 minutes, chart markers show up 10 minutes to the right (later) than when they actually occurred.

See attached picture. My trades have timestamps on them as part of their unique name, so that facilitates understanding where these prices and markers should be.

Hopefully this can be addressed.

This is a known limitation for how trade executions are plotted. Please see the following help guide article:

As a work around, you may consider changing your PC clock to be in sync with the delayed data feed time.
