    Dragging a Ray

    Hi all,

I am developing an indicator for a customer and I need to allow the user to drag a Ray I have already drawn on the screeen. I mean he clicks on the Ray and drag it to another location on the screen...

How could I do that ?

    Many Thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for the forum post.

Not sure what you mean here as if I draw a ray on the chart and click to select it then click and drag I'm able to drag it to another location. You can do the same with programtically drawn rays should be no issue here.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

        Hello,

This indicates that the drawing object is locked.

Can you please left click to select the ray and then right click->properties and then uncheck the lock.

Now you will be able to move it.

you may also need to select set as default once you uncheck it in case your default is set to create them as locked objects.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
