Is it possible to program own tools for NT?

I would like to ask, if is possible to program own tools for NT. E.g. some other version of RULER. Or some tool, which would be able to export values from selected bar on chart to excel sheet, or other software. This peace of software i already sow. How is this possilbe? Is there some API for this purpose?

The two specific items you mentioned would be likely possible to custom program in C#, however in our support we offer assistance on all documented NinjaScript related methods / the reference samples only unfortunately.
