Ninja overnight crashes

    Ninja overnight crashes

    Hi guys, I run ninja overnight and it used to crash occasionally now crashes virtually every night. It appears to be a vista software issue. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. I have the relevant part of the log...Thanks. DJ

    Hello djkiwi,

    Can you please mail your log / trace files to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com.

    Easiest way to send is using Help > mail to support feature. In the subject write Attn: RyanM 446319.

      Thank you for the trace files. We looked through and did not see a NinjaTrader crashing message.

      It does appear that you lost connection, but NinjaTrader application remains running.

      Were you doing anything in NinjaTrader between 3:24 and 8:08? There are no messages in between these times.

      Did you force quit NinjaTrader at any point( through task manager)? Do you recall the time?
