NinjaScript LowestBar & HighestBar Documentation

Could you tell me and update the Help to state for LowestBar and HighestBar whether they return the smallest or largest matching bar number?

For instance, if all bars have the same value, will they return bar 0, or the period value?

Also, is the valid range of values that could be returned 0..period, 0..period-1, or 1..period? This should also be stated in the docs.
