Is there any way (function?) to get the chart security title from the script applied to the chart?

Yes, you can use Instrument class for this which offers the Instrument name.

One more question: couldn't find function that returns total deptht for bid/ask at the moment, is there any?

Unfortunately there isn't one function available for cumulative depth. We do have a sample available for working with market depth and you can custom code for this:
