GetCurrentBid() in OnBarUpdate event

If I call the GetCurrentBid() in the OnBarUpdate event (1 tick bars to see individual trades) how accurate this level 1 data really is?

Can I really trust that it is exactly the bid in the exchange when the trade happened?

If this is not so what is the right method to get this information for the individual trades?

I am using ZenFire data.

Hello,

GetCurrentBid() Will always be the current bid price when the OnBarUpdate() runs.

If your wanting to interact directly with the data instead of through OnBarUpdate(), plaese use the following however.
