If you put the SaveTime indicator on a chart and change the value to 200 or 100, then save the workspace/close the workspace/open the workspace, the value goes back to default or 300 rather than retain the changed input value like it is supposed to.

Saving problem
Why does the extracted code snippet not save the integer setting "Delay" even though it is parametrized as an input? It is being used in a DateTime calc, but the value to be saved is not DateTime but Integer.

Hello Tarkus 11,
The reason it's not saving as part of workspace is this line:
[XmlIgnore()]
Remove or comment that line and it should work as you expect.
The easiest way to setup public input is using the indicator wizard. This article can help if you want to add to existing code.Ryan M.NinjaTrader Customer Service
